Rules of Stay

Apartment Selection:

• All photos and descriptions of the apartments on our website are accurate.
• A preliminary viewing is possible upon agreement with the administrator (see Contacts).
• The only condition – the apartment must be vacant at the moment.

Booking:

• To book an apartment, you need to choose an option and place an order in any way convenient for you.
• The booking is valid only after you receive confirmation from us.
• One day before check-in, you must confirm your reservation.

Check-in Rules:

• Check-in time – from 14:00 to 22:00.

• If you need to check in earlier than 14:00 or later than 22:00, this must be arranged in advance.
• Payment is made upon check-in.
• You must have identification documents with you.
• You will receive the keys on the day of check-in, after 100% payment for the entire stay.

Check-out Rules:

• Check-out is before 12:00.
• Night check-out (from 22:00 to 08:00) must be arranged at least one day in advance.
• If a guest wishes to stay in the apartment after 12:00, this must be agreed upon in advance and an additional fee must be paid.

Apartment Stay Rules:

• The apartment is rented exclusively for accommodation purposes.
• Hosting loud events, parties, or gatherings that disturb public peace or cause inconvenience to neighbors is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
• According to Ukrainian law, from 21:00 to 08:00 it is prohibited to make noise, play loud music/TV, or carry out any work involving knocking or other mechanical sounds.
• In case of violation of these rules – we will be forced to evict you immediately, without any refund.
